制作英語新年賀卡的中爛步驟方法如下：
準備材料：卡紙、剪刀、膠棒、畫筆等等。
操作步驟：
1、首先，要拿起剪刀把一些不同顏色的卡紙剪成心形，如圖所示。
2、然后，拿起畫筆在心形上畫上不同的圖案，如圖所示。
3、接下來，再剛剛裁剪的的這些心形用準備好的膠棒一個一個的排好粘貼在一張完整的卡紙上，如圖所示。
4、最后，再用馬克筆畫一些裝飾隱穗，寫上英文祝福賣攜漏語，英語新年賀卡就做好了，如圖所示。
