【Abstract】Objectives: To evaluate clinical effect of dental orthodontic as of headgear facebow higher traction on middle to severe crowded dentition with high-angle cases. Methods: 18 patients with middle to severe crowded dentition besides high-angle were applied with headgear facebow higher traction and reinforcement on molar anchorage, while height of molar teeth should be managed and corrective treatment as exodontia combining with fixed appliance. Results: 18 cases got appropriate arrangement, facial forms of such cases remained the same or got well beautified, relation between molar and canine teeth reached middle level and, mandibular plane angle (MPA) kept unchanged or decreased. Conclusions: Treatment with headgear facebow for middle to severe crowded dentition with high-angle cases could manage height of molar teeth and reinforce molar anchorage.

英文SCI醫(yī)學(xué)論文應(yīng)注意的幾大環(huán)節(jié)：寫前準(zhǔn)備Preparation， 論文結(jié)構(gòu) Structure， 論文文題Title， 摘要Abstracts，
引言Introduction， 文章主體Body of Paper， 結(jié)論 Conclusion， 和致謝Acknowledgement。
1、Preparation就是收集資料，找出靈感和方向，主要依靠的是期刊和文獻(xiàn)journal in library。
2、Structure是重點(diǎn)，文章的結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)該：選題要寬，研究方向衡搏激要窄，然后最后的結(jié)論又發(fā)散開來。在文章主體前后都必須有聲明(declarativestatement)，用最少的字句表達(dá)出自己的觀點(diǎn)，吸引讀者。
3、Title必須清晰簡短(clear，short)，以提升讀者的閱讀興趣，然而文題中切記不能出現(xiàn)縮略語和自己的結(jié)論。
4、Abstracts
是文章的一個縮影，一定要簡明扼要(可為一段文字，篇幅<200字)，按照文章順序介紹主要研究對象(subject)、實(shí)驗設(shè)計
(design)、實(shí)驗步驟(procedures)以及最后結(jié)果(results)，這種介紹必須讓非專業(yè)的人員能夠看懂。
5、引言同樣要保證簡短，順序是一般背景介紹、別人工作成果、自己的研究目的及工作簡介，其中介紹別人工作時只需介紹和自己最相銀敗關(guān)的方面，而對自己的工作介紹不用說明細(xì)節(jié)，因為這個要放到文章正文中去。不要忘記在介紹自己工作之前要有一個聲明。
6、Body部分可以分為方法methods、討論discussion和結(jié)果result三個部分：

Methods，詳盡的介紹自己的實(shí)驗方案以便于他人能夠重復(fù)自己的實(shí)驗過程，對于通用的實(shí)驗方案可以簡略，重點(diǎn)要放到自己的獨(dú)創(chuàng)方案上面，按照實(shí)驗的先后順序介紹，為了文章的閱讀方便，不要使用過多層次的副標(biāo)題subheadings。
(2)Discussion，這個部分是為了以后的study ，在其中提出自己的 problem
或者是hypothesis，和別人的成果進(jìn)行比較，暗示自己的主要收獲，為后面的conclusion做準(zhǔn)備。
(3)Result，使用text、table、figure等手段表達(dá)出來，其中table不要使用過多，而
figure必須保證圖線清楚、注解明確，必要的時候還要對于自己的結(jié)論進(jìn)行解釋說明。
7、Conclusion中不要包含文章未涉及的信息，保持簡潔;如果此文章只是項目的一部分，稍做說明。在寫完之后回頭看看是否有邏輯上的錯誤，是否考慮到了讀者興趣等。
8、Acknowledgement，不要忘記，這個不僅反應(yīng)了一個人的個人品質(zhì)，還一定程度體現(xiàn)了研究水平。

1、中英文標(biāo)點(diǎn)混用: 經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)英文里夾有中文逗號和句號，中文標(biāo)點(diǎn)占一個字距，英文標(biāo)點(diǎn)占半個字距，很明顯是不同的。英文中如果冒出了占地多、又很粗大的逗號、引號、括號等，可能就是錯用了中文標(biāo)拍梁點(diǎn)。如: He says，“What?”
2、英文標(biāo)點(diǎn)后空格問題: 英文標(biāo)點(diǎn)后都要空格，看起來是個挺知賀春簡單的原則，但受中文的影響，有人打字時就總是忘了空格。更有甚者，把字打成了先空格再加標(biāo)點(diǎn)。這些錯誤在外國人眼里都是很明顯的，因為外國人特別注意斷句。
3、英文中沒有的符號: 英語中沒有頓號和書名號，在表示并列時用逗號。例如red、yellow、blue and black. 應(yīng)該寫成red，yellow，blue and black.《Beijing Youth Daily》應(yīng)該寫成Beijing Youth Daily。

二、數(shù)字
1、在正文中，數(shù)字10 以下用英語拼出， 10 以上包括10 用 *** 數(shù)字
序數(shù)詞10 以下用英語拼出，10 以上 包括10用 *** 數(shù)字，如the 10th lunar month， the second lunar month 注意: th 不做上標(biāo) 。帶小數(shù)點(diǎn)的數(shù)字全部用 *** 數(shù)字表示，如3.1416 和0.35 等。數(shù)字超過1000，必須表達(dá)為1,000。
2、百分?jǐn)?shù)范圍的書寫: 每個百分?jǐn)?shù)后面的“%”都要重復(fù)寫出，例如“50% ～70%”不能寫成“50 ～70%”
3、數(shù)字與單位之間要空格，例如: km，m 和cm等與前面的數(shù)字之間要空格，例如1， 000 km，而不要連在一起。
